"As with most buyers we're looking for the best price with no hassle. That's exactly what I found here at McKenney-Salinas Powersports. Sure we went back and forth on the price a bit but each time I spoke to Al over the phone, it was with the up most professional attitude and a very sincerer agreement. Al and his staff was also willing to work with me on a trade in at a fair price point just by looking at some pictures over email. Once I felt I was at the lowest price in the area, I contacted Al and mention that I would be on my way 4.5 hours away to pick up my purchase. He had no problems taking my word of my commitment and proceeded to get the bike ready for pickup. As a final note, while his team assisted me on loading the bike, I notice a blemish in the windshield. While Al and I were finishing up the paper work, his staff was able to swap out the shield and ensure the bike was in top shape prior to my departure. I am well pleased with the service I received and glad that I was able to find such a down to earth salesman such as Al. He made my experience over the phone well worth the long trip to meet in person to complete the sale. Until next time, Keep doing what your doing. Who knows, I may be back for a newer model one day. "

"WOW ! Where do I start. This was the best buying experience I had ever made. super friendly staff and very helpful. I can say that i will be telling everyone how great they work with you to make your buying go as easy as possible. They treat you like family and they are not pushy. they ask if you need help . then you can look without been follower all over the store. they if you need something they will go out of there way to make visit go great. Small misunderstanding on the quote but both took care of me to resolve the issue. "Nice, laid-back and friendly atmosphere on showroom/sales floor. Salesmen available but not pushy....there if you need them.
